 Grading for this course will be as follows:
Labs 30% Quizzes 20% Tests 50% Students are expected to have their Review book, Lab book and notebook in class every day. Calculators are also necessary. Pencils are VERY important! |
 As you sip your coffee or hot chocolate, think about all the science behind it: in agriculture, processing, roasting, extraction. Then think of all the science around you: in your cell phone, your computer, even your food. Shouldn't everyone be educated to understand the science that permeates their lives? |
This is the Review Book we will order in September and use all year. The cost is $11.00 and will be collected the first week of school. Ask your child for the letter of explanation to be handed out on Opening Day. I would like to collect from everyone by Friday, September 11, 2009. |
